Tricky GA-EP35-DS3P problem!
I really thought this could have been a potential problem as Instability and boot problems are Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P I get when I try to go 3. Usually it freezes or even while Windows it booting up and sometimes I get bluescreens.
On some occasions it won't 'Post' on boot and revert to default FSB, Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P multiplier autoand Timings for for the Ram. I tried with both Standard and Extreme I couldnt spot a difference.
I've set it to Disabled as well now. Same there also now.

Plug back the cable switch on and short beep comes. After the logo screen i get a Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P says: I can enter BIOS setup by the way but after save anything or not, the same reset loop comes.

If yes, the battery could be bad in which case it could cause it to have boot and POST issues. A replacement battery can be gotten at any Radio Shack or similar electronics store.

F3 i cant say whether its saved or Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P cause thats gonna be a reset loop. If I save changes in ver. F6 it will be stored after reset as well.

I have also replaced the old battery with a brand new one, but still nothing has changed. Everything resets to default settings everytime I cut out the power. The fact that the BIOS resets to Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P defaults is indicative of a bad battery.
But, given you have replaced the battery, it can't be Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P culprit. I'm starting to think you may have a bad motherboard. Did you buy the board new or used?
I've also asked the former user if he may encountered this problem, but he said he's not. Best answer Oct 16,2: It's a used motherboard, i am the second user. A bad BIOS chip would cause all the Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P problems. Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P wish I could have helped more I'll tell you the results when my motherboard gets back.

So i Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P to buy a new motherboard. Thank you very much for your help, I appreciate that. Well, after a few days, it came out that my motherboard's South Bridge Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P burned and cannot be repaired.
Could be an opportunity for an upgrade. If you need help picking a replacement board
