I am hard pressed to believe the problem is my machine at this point but I am open to suggestions.

Kou well they did answer my ticket Thanks for getting back to us with that error code. I do understand that you are able to run other games and have not seen this issue, it could have to do with the different ways that game engines utilize resources, and ArcheAge can be fairly intensive.
From what I have been able to research, the errors do seem to point to a hardware issue. I would suggest doing a google search for "0x 0x21, 0x0, 0xFFFFFB, 0x4" and checking out the linked articles.

I can play Battlefield 4 on High settings, not Ultra though, for hours on end without any overheating, but with AA the problem is always there. Latest drivers for everything and anything.
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit i7 - 2. Not saying that AA is not hardware intensive, but I am pretty sure playing BF4 on High graphics for hours on end is a bit more intensive though.
My specs are also good, I can run the game max and very high with no FPS issues at all, but I do turn down settings just to see if it stops the crash outs and lock ups but to no avail. Same with my bf.
